Serbian minister: 'We talk to Hungary through fence'
Hundreds of migrants are stuck on the Serbia-Hungary border after the Hungarian government closed the frontier with a new razor-wire fence.
Aleksandar Vulin, the Serbian minister in charge of the government's working committee on migrants, visited the scene.
He told the BBC's Lyse Doucet that the Hungarian government had not officially informed Serbia that it would be closing the border and that Serbia was talking to the Hungarians "through the fence".
