Migrants crisis: 'Germany is running out of space'

EU ministers have agreed a plan to resettle 120,000 migrants, but it is not a unanimous one as central European countries have reacted angrily.

Romania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary have voted against accepting mandatory quotas.

EU leaders will meet later to discuss the final details of the plan, but on the ground, even those nations that are doing the most are struggling.
