Migrant crisis: Senior EU politician fears far-right 'surge'
The vice-president of the European Commission, Frans Timmermans, has warned that if a solution is not found to the migrant crisis, then far-right political groups may gain power.
"If we are not able to find sustainable solutions, you will see a surge of the extreme right across the European continent", he told BBC Radio 4's Today programme.
