Migrant crisis: Merkel warns no end to migrant crisis

The German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, has said European Union leaders have taken a good first step towards addressing the mass movement of refugees and migrants.

But she admitted that the funding pledges announced at Wednesday's summit would not end the crisis.
