Migrant crisis: Crossing before the borders close

Of the 180,000 refugees and migrants who entered Germany in September, 140,000 passed through Hungary.

But despite the tough rhetoric of its leaders and the fence it is building along its southern borders, Hungary has still not carried out its threat to seal its border with Croatia.
