Leaders meet for EU summit on migrant crisis

Several leaders from Balkan states are meeting in Brussels to discuss new plans to ease the migrant and refugee crisis.

They are under pressure to find a solution, after Hungary closed its borders, forcing tens of thousands of people to take a new route up from Greece.

This has now led to bottlenecks at many border points.
