Where next for migrants arriving in Lesbos?

As EU leaders meet in Malta to try to find solutions to the migration of people into Europe from Africa, many of those travelling to Europe are from countries like Syria, Afghanistan and Iraq.

They are coming through Turkey into Greece across the Aegean sea .

The BBC's Ed Thomas reports from the island of Lesbos which has seen the greatest number of arrivals.
