Migrant crisis: 'None of us can manage on our own'

African and European leaders meeting in Malta have agreed several measures to try to stem the flow of migrants arriving in Europe.

They include providing a fund of €1.8bn (£1.3bn) which would be spent on job creation, health, education and preventing 'irregular migration'.

EU Council President Donald Tusk said no country could manage the crisis alone.
