Paris terror attack: 'Bullet lodged in my friend's head'

A woman has survived a bullet getting lodged in her head after a gunman opened fire on a car during the Paris terror attack, her friend has said.

The woman's friend, who was also in the car, told French news television channel BFM TV that four of them were driving near the Rue de Charonne when the incident happened.

"We left and she still had a bullet lodged in her head but the four of us are safe and sound", the woman said.
