Ice skating on streets as ice and snow hits Netherlands

Ice and snow have hit parts of the Netherlands - with people skating down frozen streets in some areas.

Bus and train services were affected by the snowfall in the northern provinces of Groningen, Friesland and Drenthe on Tuesday.

Dutch media reported that court hearings were cancelled along with some hospital appointments.
