France PM: State of emergency 'as long as necessary'

French Prime Minister Manuel Valls has said the state of emergency will remain in place in France "for as long as necessary".

He was speaking to the BBC's Lyse Doucet about the conflict with the so-called Islamic State group, also known as Daesh.
