Denmark accused of fuelling fear over migrant assets bill

The Danish parliament has backed a controversial proposal to confiscate asylum seekers' valuables to pay for their upkeep.

The legislation, which will also delay migrant families from being reunited, has been criticised by the UN's refugee agency and the European Commission.
