'Huge rise' in migrants arriving in EU by boat

More than 100,000 migrants and refugees have already come to Europe by sea since the start of the year more than ten times the number for January and February last year. Most of them came ashore on the Greek islands.

The UN's refugee agency says problems are being made worse by those European countries which act unilaterally to stop migrants crossing their borders.
