Brussels attacks: Brother of Brussels attack victim speaks
The first victim of the attacks in Brussels has been named as Adelma Marina Tapia Ruiz, a Peruvian woman and mother of three year old twins.
She was with her family in the airport when the bomb went off and had lived in Brussels for six years.
Her brother Fernando Tapia spoke from Peru.
