Eurovision entry is Ukrainian singer's 'family story'

A Ukrainian singer has been explaining why she is performing a song about a painful episode in her family history in the Eurovision Song Contest's semi-final.

Ukraine's entry is sung by Jamala, a Crimean Tatar, who will perform a song about the forced deportation of the entire population of ethnic Tartar people from Crimea during World War Two.

The BBC's Tom Burridge has been to meet her.
