Frenchman 'planned attacks during Euro 2016' - Ukraine's SBU

Security services in Ukraine say they have arrested a French national who was planning multiple terror attacks before and during Euro 2016.

Ukrainian officials say the suspect had amassed guns, detonators and 125kgs of TNT.

Footage shows a man identified by French media as Gregoire Moutaux, 25, being arrested by Ukraine special forces at the border with Poland, and the result of a search on his vehicle.
