Kremlin's chief propagandist accuses Western media of bias
Dmitry Kiselyov is one of the most controversial journalists in Russia. He presents Russian state television's flagship news programme and heads a major state-run news agency.
The European Union placed him on its sanctions list over his coverage of the conflict in Ukraine, describing him as a "central figure" of Russian "government propaganda".
In a rare interview with the BBC, Mr Kiselyov has hit back - levelling his own accusations at Western media.
He spoke to BBC Moscow correspondent Steve Rosenberg.
