Nice attack: Eyewitness describes 'complete chaos'

"It was complete chaos... people were screaming, kids were crying", a woman has told the BBC after a lorry killed scores in the French city of Nice.

Grace-Ann Morrow had been in the city for the Bastille Day celebrations.
