Earthquake causes houses to crash down hillside in Italy village

Rescue workers have used helicopters to pluck survivors to safety from some of the more isolated villages in the area which have been cut off by landslides and rubble.

In Pescara del Tronto, all the houses have collapsed so that the village no longer exists.
