Alternative 'Paralympics' for Russians banned from Rio

An opening ceremony has been held in Moscow for a Russian competition described as the "alternative Paralympics".

Moscow is hosting the event after its entire Paralympic team was banned from the games in Brazil over a state-sponsored doping scandal.
