Kanye West halts concert after Kim Kardashian is robbed at gunpoint

Rapper Kanye West abruptly ended a performance at the Meadows Music and Arts Festival in New York after hearing that his wife, Kim Kardashian, had been robbed at gunpoint.

The robbers entered the residence dressed as police officers and stole several million euros worth of jewellery, police said.

Fans at the Mets' baseball stadium were left confused by the sudden end to West's set.

A spokeswoman for Kardashian, 35, said the star was "badly shaken but physically unharmed".
