Nato meeting: Trump and Macron's awkward handshake in Brussels

US President Donald Trump has met his French counterpart, Emmanuel Macron, for the first time.

They had talks at the US embassy in Brussels ahead of a Nato summit in the city.

Each man gripped the other's hand so firmly that their knuckles turned white and their jaws seemed to clench.
