US senator's 'controversial' Russia talks

A US delegation – led by Senator Rand Paul – has "controversially" met with a group of Russian senators, our Moscow correspondent reports.

It comes just days after America's most senior intelligence and security chiefs said Russia was continuing efforts to undermine US democracy.
