WHO calls for better Covid monitoring of Euro 2020 fans

The World Health Organization says Covid cases are spreading where fans who are not fully vaccinated are mixing outside stadiums. Senior emergency officer Catherine Smallwood says host cities must do more to monitor the movement of fans.
