WATCH: Russian helicopters fly towards Ukrainian military airport

A helicopter has been seen flying towards Hostomel airport.

Ukrainian commander in chief Lieutenant General Valerii Zaluzhnyi has confirmed the military is fighting Russian forces for control of the airport in the Kyiv region, Reuters news agency reports.

Hostomel is Ukraine's most important international cargo airport, as well as a key military airbase.
