Zelensky: Russia committing genocide in Ukraine

President Volodymyr Zelensky has said, in a television interview, that Russia's actions in Ukraine constituted genocide.

Speaking to CBS Face the Nation through a translator, he described the Russian invasion as involving "the torture of the whole nation".
