Micheál Martin addresses Irish Parliament after a speech by Volodymyr Zelensky
Taoiseach (Irish Prime Minister) Micheál Martin addresses a joint sitting of the Oireachtas (Irish houses of parliament) after a speech by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
Mr Martin said Ireland was a militarily neutral country.
But he added: "We are not politically or morally neutral in the face of war crimes".
