'No compromise' on Russian oil embargo, says Hungarian PM Viktor Orban
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has said he would only agree to the European Union's latest proposals for sanctions against Russia if solutions are found to guarantee his country's energy supply first.
Orban told reporters at a European Council summit in Brussels that he also needed guarantees Hungary could purchase oil by sea if Russian shipments stopped.
