EU to ban almost 90% of Russian oil imports by 2023 - Ursula von der Leyen
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has said the EU plans to ban 90% of all Russian oil imports by the end of the year.
Russia's largest bank, Sberbank, will also be cut off from the Swift payment system, which allows the rapid transfer of money across borders
