'No indicators' Putin is considering nuclear weapons - UK intelligence
There are no signs that Russia is looking to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine, the head of Britain's GCHQ intelligence agency has said.
Speaking on BBC Radio 4's Today programme, Sir Jeremy Fleming said that "any talk of nuclear weapons is dangerous" and that it would be "a catastrophe" should Moscow decide to use them.
