Sebastian Pinera: We have learned from mining accident

Chilean President Sebastian Pinera has arrived at the San Jose mine as the rescue of 33 trapped miners is due to get under way.

He said he hoped the "long journey" to rescue the miners would have a happy ending, and added that Chile had learned from the mining accident.
