Haiti cholera outbreak: UN warns of long epidemic
The United Nations is warning that the cholera epidemic in Haiti could fester for years with tens of thousands of people threatened by the outbreak, despite some signs the number of cases is beginning to stabilise.
More than 250 people have been killed and the UN says the disease has a strong foothold in the country.
