Tensions at the Haiti border over cholera outbreak

The UN has appealed for international aid to help Haiti tackle an outbreak of cholera which has claimed more than 700 lives and infected more than 11,000 people.

There have been scenes of desperation on Haiti's border with the Dominican Republic, where restrictions are in place to stop the disease crossing into the neighbouring country.
