Cuba's 'rising stars' hope to rejuvenate economy

Cuba's President Raul Castro has been leading efforts to rejuvenate the island's stagnant economy.

The ageing generation that led the revolution 50 years ago is still firmly in charge; however, some new faces are emerging following elections to the party's Central Committee.

The BBC's Michael Voss recently met one of the rising stars from the province of Ciego de Avila.
