US 'will probe NSA Mexico spy claim'

Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto has told the BBC that the US president has assured him a full investigation will take place into claims the National Security Agency (NSA) spied on him.

It is alleged internet data from Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff and the Mexican leader was intercepted.

The accusation was made by journalist Glenn Greenwald who obtained secret files from US whistle-blower Edward Snowden.
