Brazil's president Dilma Rousseff wins second term
The President of Brazil, Dilma Rousseff, has been re-elected for a second term after the closest presidential election race in many years.
Official results show Ms Rousseff won by three percentage points over her rival, the centre-right politician Aecio Neves.
In a speech to cheering supporters, Ms Rousseff said the top priority for her second term would be political reform.
