Success for Peru circus animal rescue plan

Almost all the animals held by circus companies in Peru have been rescued, animal rights campaigners say.

The announcement comes three years after a ban on the use of wild animals in performances was brought into force there.

The rescued animals will be taken to a sanctuary in the United States.
