President Nieto pledges Mexico's police will change
The Mexican president has promised to reform the corrupt authorities in the country and break their links with organised crime.
Enrique Pena Nieto's government has faced criticism over the role of the police in the disappearance of 43 students in the state of Guerrero in September.
It's alleged criminals confessed to killing and burning the students after they were handed over by local police.
