Mexico: Pope calls on Mexicans to 'transform' their country

Pope Francis has called on Mexicans to transform their country into a land of opportunity, where young people don't fall into the hands of what he described as the merchants of death.

He was speaking during an open-air mass for more than 300,000 people in Ecatepec - one of Mexico's poorest and most dangerous cities.
