Rousseff and Lula phone call released by judge

There have been protests across Brazil after President Dilma Rousseff named her predecessor Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva as chief of staff.

Lula is currently being investigated in a major corruption scandal.

The federal judge leading the investigation released a recording of a phone call between the two.
