Fidel Castro gets standing ovation at Congress

Fidel Castro got a standing ovation during a rare appearance at the Cuba's Communist Party Congress on Tuesday.

The 89-year-old former Cuban revolutionary leader spoke briefly to pay tribute to his brother, the country's President Raul Castro.
