'Largest protests yet' in city of Alexandria
Street protests continued across Egypt on Tuesday calling for the ousting of President Hosni Mubarak.
In Alexandria, Peter Bouckaert, the Emergencies director for Human Rights Watch said he saw many thousands of people taking to the streets in peaceful demonstrations.
Mr Bouckaert told BBC News the protests were peaceful and were characterised by a friendly relationship between the crowds and the Army.
