Baroness Ashton says EU offers support to Egypt

Baroness Ashton has said the EU is willing to offer its support to Egypt as it moves towards democracy.

She said "democracy is not a moment in time, it's a whole process", and that Europe was offering its experience "to the people of Egypt".
