Nato rejects Gaddafi's offer of ceasefire and talks‎

Nato has rejected an offer from Libyan leader Colonel Gaddafi to observe a ceasefire if they halt attacks on his forces, according to reports.

The government has also given rebels in the besieged city of Misrata three days to surrender or face a fresh onslaught by pro-Gaddafi forces.
