Libya: Benghazi rebels 'building an army from scratch'

Prime Minister David Cameron has said he would consider arming rebels in Libya, as pressure is stepped up on Col Muammar Gaddafi's regime.

Rebel fighters in Benghazi are training to fight against forces loyal to the Libyan leader.
