Syria protests: At least five dead in Homs

At least five people have died during anti-government protests in the Syrian city of Homs, as widespread unrest in the country continues.

Amateur video posted online, apparently from the city, shows thousands of people marching purposefully through the city streets.

Demonstrations and violence occurred in other Syrian towns and cities on Friday, with another fatality reported in Hama.
