Syria tanks 'shell' protest city of Homs
Reports from Syria suggest the country's third largest city, Homs, has been shelled by army tanks, as the authorities continue their crackdown on dissent across the country.
One person living in Homs has told the BBC the onslaught lasted for three hours, with residential districts under attack.
