'We love Syria but hate hypocrisy'
Angry protesters wave banners and chant anti-President Bashar al-Assad slogans in the town of Daraya, Syria, which saw clashes with militia and security forces last month.
One sign reads, "We love syria but hate hypocrisy", while a man shouts, "Down with the donkey, down with the pig."
Demonstrations against the rule of the president and his family - inspired by the revolutions in Tunisia and Egypt - have so far reportedly left more than 1,000 dead and hundreds injured.
