Libya: Rebels in Zawiya 'to fight on to Tripoli'

Libyan rebels fighting Colonel Gaddafi have taken control of the strategic coastal cities of Zlitan and Zawiya as they consolidate their advance on Tripoli.

Meanwhile, plans are being made to evacuate many foreigners from the Libyan capital.
