Inside the 'capital of the Syrian revolution'

The BBC's Sue Lloyd-Roberts reports from the city of Homs which has become one of the main centres of demonstration against the Syrian government.

Homs was one of the first cities to join the anti-government uprising when in March thousands gathered in the main square to call for the lifting of the government's emergency laws and a genuine democracy.

The unrest in Syria has reportedly killed at least 3,000 people, mostly unarmed protesters, since demonstrations broke out against President Bashar al-Assad.

Sue Lloyd-Roberts is one of the first journalists to get into Homs, she went in undercover.
